The Makers Global: Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of The Makers Global
website and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform,
you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not
agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

1. User Accounts
1.1. You may need to create an account ("Account") to access certain features of the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and are fully
responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify The Makers
Global immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. The
Makers Global cannot and will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from your
failure to comply with these security obligations.

2. User Conduct
2.1. You agree to use the Platform in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and
regulations. You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or
unauthorized. This includes, but is not limited to:
Posting content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or hateful.
Engaging in any activity that could disrupt or damage the Platform or its functionality.
Attempting to impersonate another user or The Makers Global.
Using the Platform for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
2.2. The Makers Global reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your Account or
restrict your access to the Platform for any reason, including, but not limited to, your violation of
these Terms.

3. Content Ownership
3.1. All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and
software, is the property of The Makers Global or its licensors and is protected by copyright,
trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content on the Platform
without our express written permission.
3.2. You retain all ownership rights to any content you submit to the Platform ("User Content").
However, by submitting User Content, you grant The Makers Global a non-exclusive,
irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate,
distribute, and display such User Content in any media.

4. Disclaimers
4.1. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR
NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE MAKERS GLOBAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE
PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE.
4.2. THE MAKERS GLOBAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM
YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

5. Indemnification
5.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Makers Global, its officers, directors,
employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, damages,
liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to
your use of the Platform.

6. Governing Law
6.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka,
without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

8. Changes to Terms
8.1. The Makers Global may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on
the Platform. You are bound by the current version of the Terms when you access or use the
Platform.
